HI, for some reason even though we did not change anything the Marketo integration we had with Zoom events stopped working. We're getting this error:
[{"code":"10033","message":"token_not_found"}]}
We have several hubs and the issue persists on all of them. Zoom event support sent us to look for information on their documentation or goole but there's literally no mentions of this error nowhere and we don't know what causes it and how to fix it. Anyone knows that to do? It's kind of urgent

Did anyone provide a solution for this issue? Just happened suddenly in our instance

No. Nothing. Zoom Events's support were so bad they just said it's an integration technical issue and apparently they don't support it. Just sent me a link to their documentation that has zero articles or mentions of this error. I tried to look in Google as well and asked chat GPT, nothing.

Zoom not even having basic documentation on their own error codes is incredibly frustrating.

Hi @TamirBelzer - Welcome to the Zoom Community. I’m not a Marketo expert, but, to my knowledge, the "token not found" error almost always points to an authentication issue. I understand you haven't changed anything on your end, but in normal cases re-authenticating the connection and carefully verifying the credentials should do the trick. Sometimes authentication tokens expire for security, so re-authentication is the most common fix. If re-authenticating doesn’t work, try to check Marketo's settings and try to see if there’s a button for you to "Refresh” or "Reauthorize," or something similar for the Zoom Events connection. You might also want to raise this question on our Developer’s Page Forum. It is an online community space designed for developers who work with Zoom's APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools. Might be the best place to ask this query. 😀

Hi, there is no refresh button on Marketo. Marketo also said it's not their issue. We tried to create a new connection today with different client secret and ID. That did not work either. I just don't understand how come you're selling a product with an integration but offer zero support for it and it seems that no one on your support team knows how to solve this. You're sending me to documentation that has zero articles about this error and to a developer's forum instead of just someone from your support team to go on a call with us and fix this. Why are we paying you money if we can't use your product?

This is happening to us as well. Was redoing the authentications on the Zoom/Marketo App able to resolve the error?

Our integration went down around 2:50 AM PST on Monday and magically started working again on Tuesday evening. We tried everything in that time, including re-authenticating, switching connections, updating the permissions, etc.
Zoom support has given us a complete runaround all week about it, although they admitted to doing an API migration Sunday night (hmmm).

Hey, refloating this post as it has also happened in our organization.
The integration suddenly stopped working and we didn't touch anything.
Has Zoom experienced any issues during this month regarding this?
The error is similar to this one:
{“success”:false,“requestId”:“v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_eaf2ca6ee154bb64”,“errors”:[{“code”:“10033”,“message”:“token_not_found”}]} HTTP Error 400: Bad URL request.
How could we refresh the access token if we're only meant to give the Endpoint URL and not the Identity URL as well?
It is even a webhook, so there wouldn't be any way to refresh that.
Since this has happened to a bunch of Zoom users, could Zoom investigate this case?
We currently migrated this process to Zapier but would like to use Zoom's native feature soon as this is costing us extra budget x)
Thanks
