I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by choosing between Teams and Zoom really depends on what your team needs.

Teams is like a Swiss Army knife for work – it's got chat, video calls, file sharing, and even integrates with other Microsoft apps you might already be using. It's great if you want a central hub for all your work communication and collaboration.

Zoom, on the other hand, is like the king of video conferencing. It's super user-friendly and known for its crystal-clear video and audio. If your main focus is on having smooth and high-quality meetings, Zoom might be the better choice.

Ultimately, the best platform for your business will depend on your specific needs and preferences. Some teams might find Teams more helpful for managing projects and staying organized, while others might prefer Zoom's ease of use for quick meetings and presentations.
