Instalation Error

Good afternoon

At first, I would like to mention that my performance in the English language is far from being the best.
I would like to know if anyone else is getting an error message like mine.
I get a message that the file igdb9dxva64.dll is not designed to run on Windows. Tell me the error status is 0xc0000005.
Can anyone inform me of the possible causes of this error?
