zoom unauthorized payment

Hello,

I need help.

I got charged on my credit card $367.82 from Zoom. but I didn't have even an account in Zoom at that time.

It was an unauthorized payment.

 

I have tried to contact Zoom and create tickets 2 times about fraud payment. (27-5-2023 and another one at 04-6-2023)

 

They have specified a ticket system for this issue, meaning many people face the same problem.

 

I have waited that long but didn't get a single response from Zoom.

 

Does anyone know how to get a refund from them?

 

or nobody gets a response from them if create a ticket about unauthorized payment?

 

Please let me know what can I do.

I have the same issue, and I have also contacted Zoom, but I didn't receive any further information from them. They even disabled the live chat feature on my account. I am quite disappointed.

I have the exact same problem. They stole almost $200 from me. Created a ticket and all that bs never heard a word. I'm going to submit a complaint to the BBB so they'll fight for you.
