zoom continues to say my payment is past due

I pay $17 per month for the basic level of with absolutely zero service. Zoom continues to tell me that my account has an outstanding balance and if I do not pay, I'll lose access to all paid features and cloud recordings. They have cut off my account in the middle of calls. But of course, there is no way to contact them. What do I do?

I should add that American Express processed my most recent payment on February 22, 2024.
