storage of recorded videos

I got an email about my cloud storage being full and that it will be disabled in a week.
1. Does this mean I am not able to record my zoom meetings anymore?

2. Does this mean that the links I shared with clients will not be accessible then?

3. Can I keep my current plan but pay for more storage space?

Thank you!

Hi @jaclynd ! You have a few options you could explore. If your cloud storage is full, you could also utilize local recordings. However, you could pay for more storage or upgrade your current plan. More details are outlined here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity#h_01F4HFKHVX...

If your cloud storage is full, clients will still be able to access previously recorded meetings. However, you will not be able to initiate new cloud recordings until you have the available storage.
