I believe that after 30 days, recording files will be deleted and from the trash folder within 24 hours after that.
After this action is completed, these files can’t be recovered.
If it has been less than 30 days I think you can sign up for a paid account with the same user name and account details and may still be able to recover / download the cloud recordings.
