  • Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hi @publication for this suggest looking into the KB article on Zoom payment methods. If you're unable to update, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
