Thank you for reaching out to Zoom Community! I can't tell if you were a host of an attendee. The following article might be a good starting point.

 

 

If you still need help, I recommend that you first reach out to the host if you are an attendee. Otherwise, please submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
