not showing us currency clearly

Hi everyone, just wanted to know if there is a way to speak to someone at zoom.  my case is that I got a charge in Mexico for a plan of 1500 usd (anual) for zoomevents, but when anounced it did not show clearly that it was in US currency,  so since it was all their web site in español, I bought it and now I see the big big charge in MX pesos at my CC.   has anyone found a way to get the money back?  or at least to get a prorated charge ? I need to cancel it cause I cannot aforth it.  I already sent a ticket but no one has answered for days.    need help thanks.

go to contact support and the support people maybe able to help sorry if not thats how i got my back though
