Hi guys, 

got a huge problem coz I thought I was saving my videos, but didnt know I have exceed my storage limit. Is there any possibility to have them back? If I will buy bigger plan maybe? I really need last four days back...

Hey @zeph, great question! An email alert will be sent to the account owner when usage is at 80% of the subscribed storage limit. If the storage limit is reached during a recording, the meeting will continue to record until it is ended. You may incur overage charges if you have cloud storage.

 

If you do not have the add-on, you will not be charged but will lose the ability to record to the cloud until you're under your storage limit.
