Account Not Activate after Payment

We've made a payment for a Standard Pro Annual Acount, valid until March 29, 2023. The account is still valid as a basic subscription.

It's causing a lot of inconvenients and we would like you to solve this situation as quickly as possible.

Hi, Did you get a response from ZOOM I am having exactly the same issue. When i ring the contact numbers they do not connect.

Exactly the same, we are having a lot of troubles connecting with Zoom Suport, and we need this fixed.
