Hello
I had contracted the Zoom One Pro plan but I purchased the large meeting plan for 500 spectators.
Can I cancel the pro one plan without losing its benefits and stay only with the large meeting plan?

HI @Marcos8
No, you need to keep the underlying paid account plan (Zoom One Pro), in order to have other paid add-ons like the Large Meeting license.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

yes it helped me, thank you
Is it possible to lower my large meetings plan to the business plan, I am not interested in having 500 spectators and I found a plan for 300 spectators (business)?

If I upgrade from Zoom Workplace Pro to the Large Meetings plan, can I go back to Zoom Workplace Pro as soon as I don't need the Large Meetings Plan?
