 I use zoom to set up meetings and join meetings. this has been a free account. i see a $15 charge to my credit card. Can I stay a free user. I rarely set up meetings and mostly use as a client.

Hi Joan,

Zoom had overcharged my organization for years and I just recently got all that money back. To get prompt and accurate service you should call Zoom Billing at 1.888.799.9666  .
