Dear Zoom Support,
I am writing to request a refund for my Zoom subscription. I cancelled my subscription on 9 September 2023, and yet the cancellation only reflects as 9 October 2023. Payments only normally go off on the 10th of the month. So I should have had cancellation immediately in effect. Why is cancellation not taking effect?
I would appreciate it if you could process any cancellations for payments from my account as soon as possible.

Please also refer to Zoom Support article Canceling your subscription. It sounds like there was a timing issue. Cancellations are effective at the end of a billing cycle. Exceptions are possible in such instances as yours. Therefore, please follow Carla's advice and submit a ticket for our Billing team for consideration.
