My visa card has automatic Zoom payment and I can't cancel it

Hi, everyone! 

 

Once I paid for Zoom subscriptions of my several employees using my visa card. Later they all said that they cancelled their monthly subscription, but still Zoom charges my card around $16 a month. I cannot find out which Zoom account is my card linked to.

 

Is there a way to find it out?

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to gather more information to investigate.
