I chosed monthly’s plan on 21th July and it was business plan.By mistake l did it. I didn’t choose personal.l paid 82$.My previous plan ended on 2 July. On 2 August l discovered that my plan was renewed with additional services and I paid 227$ to 2 September.l don’t need this plan .l need yearly personal plan so please help me to change this plan to yearly personal plan or refund my money back and make another yearly personal plan.
