I Paid For Zoom Subscription and Till now even I got the mail that Payment has been processed then also I am not able to see the invoice or unable to use the Upgraded zoom even still my Current Plan is Showing as Basic Even after paying the full amount and receiving the mail that Payment has been Processed any body please help

If your account is showing as Basic, you may not have an assigned license. Admins can view available licenses and assign them to users on the Users page of User Management in the Zoom web portal. Learn how to assign Zoom licenses. If a license has already been assigned and is still not displaying correctly, admins can follow these steps to fix an incorrectly displayed user license.

Sir But why Didn't I got the Licence even after paying and If this is a error from zoom then what about my Payment that has already been deducted

If you have bought a license, it will not automatically be assigned. Please follow the steps outlined here to assign Zoom licenses. If there are no licenses to be assigned on your account, try to logout and log back in. If it is still missing after logging out and logging back in, please submit a ticket to our billing department.
