strange billing

Hello

The pro Plan is USD 149.85/year
I was billed USD 170.- something.
It does not make any sense.
Even if 149.85 is without VAT, the VAT in Switzerland is 8.1%
So the total amuont would be 161.99

Any Ideas?
How can I contact billing. Zoom realy makesa hard time to speak with a real person.
