ZOOM new requirements on password

The new process for passwords is difficult and unwieldy:  first, it changed my pwd without notifying me when the new requirements went into effect.  Then, a new rule - can't have 4 consecutive letters or numbers.  And, It does not give me an option to see what I have typed in the first field.  And, then, I have to go to my email to confirm I really did this.  This is too much.  And, now, I have to tell everyone there's a new password to get to my meetings.  This went too far.
