해당 결제는 해당 라이선스 사용 의사 결정과 상관없이 자동 갱신 되어 신용카드 결제되었습니다.
계정에서 라이선스 이용을 해지한 상황이며, 여전히 해당 라이선스를 사용하지 않은 사실을 들어 환불을 요청 드립니다.
기업의 입장에서 해당 1년 자동구독 및 결제 후 청구는 매우 실망스러운 처리 방식이라 생각합니다.
서둘러 조치를 부탁 드립니다.
