안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.

저는  계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 Zoom 구독 프로 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.

해당 결제는 2025년 10월 17일 새벽 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되었습니다.
현재 계정에서  해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.

필요한 추가 정보가 있다면 언제든지 알려주시기 바랍니다.

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period.
