Wrong invoicing

Our company currently has MONTHLY Zoom Webinars PRO subscription that we get invoiced for and pay on a monthly basis but are being told that we are locked into an illegible situation with three invoicings

Nobody cahge teh contract from webinar 500 to 1000 and in the our account the contract is refered to webinar 500.   We don't understand the reasons of this bills and it's impossible to have direct support by chatbot or by phone !!!l.  Please assist us !!!!
