Workinglive account is current, but zoom downgraded my plan to basic

I've been with Zoom through workinglive since 2020, and have always had the enterprise account which allowed for unlimited time and up to 500 attendees. Last week, unexpectedly, zoom downgraded my plan to Basic with no explanation and I can't get any response from Zoom. Has anyone else had this issue?
