Does anyone else have the same issue with cancelling a zoom plan? Our account is up for renewal Jan 8 2025 and we have reached out to Zoom renewal manager, account manager multiple times well beyond 30 days renewal notice window.. We then have the ticket confirm that the account will not go to auto renewal and will be cancelled on Jan 8 2025.. Today when we check our zoom portal, the zoom plan is still showing active and I cannot cancel/change anything on my end in the portal..
Is it always like this?
Now I have to open up a new ticket, which is assigned with low priority and then start chasing down the biling/account management team to actually do the work and cancel our plan and then there will be problem with refund etc
Such a headache. Why Zoom has to be like that. It offered free online meetings for an extended period of time and we were happy customers but we just switched provider to Google meet and therefore we have to cancel zoom. Such a bad business practice to give customer trouble cancelling the plan...
