I'm trying to upgrade to a zoom Pro account but its coming up as a business account and requiring me to provide company name and VAT information. Please advise.

If the above KBs were not able to resolve your issue, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
