Upgrade to Zoom Pro

I am trying to upgrade to Zoom Pro.  The comment in the pink box says it does not accept my currency, even though I am UK based and pay in GBP.  Also can I pay monthly as this is easier for me.  I tried to call support only to be told it does not recognize my Personal Meeting ID or host key.  I am so frustrated right now and at the end of my tether!  I could cry!!!!!! I am holding a 4 week online laughter yoga course starting on 20th October and Zoom is putting so many obstacles in my way that I am on the brink of cancelling my account completely!  Can I just upgrade, pay monthly and not be treated like a number?
