Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support.

When I speak to Zoe (the chat bot) she can't/won't answer my question and then when I ask to speak to support, she tells me "Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support." I am wondering why this is occurring since I have a Pro account. Thanks.

Same issues. I am paying for the pro subscription and the bot will not connect me to a live agent. Saying that I do not have access to this due to not having pro subscription. However, that is the subscription that I am paying for. So frustrating and unprofessional. It is causing me hours of frustration and stopping me from doing my job.
