Unable to uninstall Zoom in Windows

I am trying to update Zoom and keep getting the same error message.  See picture below.  It says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "target.msi" in the box below."

I have gone thru all the steps trying to uninstall.  I've tried a CleanZoom, like suggested and still get to same error message.

How can I fix this?  Do I need an older "target.msi"?  If so, where can I get it?

Thank you.

I am having this same issue. I am afraid to click on the links that were posted in reply to your question. Did you figure out how to fix this?
