ZOOM Desktop App unable to connect

I have a paid up Zoom One Pro subscription and until recently I had no problems using ZOOM via the Windows 10 Desk top app.  From yesterday I get an error message "Unable to connect" error - Error Code 5003.  I am working  from home and have a stable 100 Mb/s fibre internet connection.  I have re-installed the Zoom desktop app, but no change
