Unable to "Search for Updates" on my profile

Supposedly, when you click your picture/profile, there is a big drop down list.  This does not happen for me.  I bought the one pro license, its working.  How do I get the drop down menu to show up???

To clarify...I am unable to find anywhere on Zoom how to UPDATE zoom?!  This seems super basic.  Shouldnt anybody be able to update their zoom?  My zoom is acting up today - first rtime in years.  I click my account...and there is NO "Check for Updates"
