Unable to make the payment for Large meeting from India

Payment is declining for purchase of large meeting for 1000 persons, how to make the payment from India as RBI issued new guidelines so card payment is declining.

Hi @InnovativeSport and welcome to the Zoom Community. As you brought up, on October 1st, 2021 the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate directive will be taking effect for recurring payments using India Bank Cards. You will need to verify your card on file or pay your invoice using Zoom's PayNow link in order to keep your account in good standing. even the pay now link says accept e mandate

same issue i am not able to add a large meeting to my existing account  in india.   i have added a credit card which has been otp authenticated on october 2
