Trying to log in but emailadres not recognized

Just signed up with a new business accout and also paid for account of a year. But after signing out and trying to sign in again the emailadress with which I signed up is not recognized. What to do now? How will I ever get back into my business account??

Fortunately it was solved by contacting a zoomworker through chat. Which was only possible by logging in to another existing businessaccount. If I had not had access to that other businessaccount it would have been impossible to solve it I guess. For no opportunity to chat with a real person. I was supported very well. And they solved it!
