Hi, I have had a Pro account for a few years now, so I should be able to use the web ticket feature in the service center. Unfortunately, the system detects me as a basic account and precludes this possibility, how can I tell support that my account is pro and thus access the support functions that are due to that type of account?

If you have no unpaid invoices and your account is showing Basic, this Zoom Support article offers guidance: Troubleshooting paid account still showing as basic
