Swapping email accounts

I currently have a paid basic account and a free account. This has proven very useful when testing features I am not familiar or confident in.

I want to transfer the paid account to the email associated with my free account and retain the current paid account email as a free account. How do I swap the account types—or can I do this at all?

You can only change an email address on your Zoom account to an email address that does not already exist in Zoom. You may check out this article for steps on how to change your email address.
