Suspended for Violating Abuse Section

We just got notice that our account was suspended for violating the Abuse section of Zoom's Acceptable Use Guidelines. We've lost all access to our account. We run public meetings and the recordings that we can no longer access are public record. I've put in an appeal but we need access to the recordings to send to a county client today. We also did not violate the TOS.

Hello,

If you receive notice that Zoom has taken adverse action against your account due to a violation of Zoom's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Guidelines, you can submit an appeal request to the Zoom Trust and Safety team through the options listed below:

  • Click the link in your email notifying you that your account has been deactivated by Zoom
  • Request an appeal by submitting the web form available here

Yes. We've done that. The appeal process takes a while and it seems odd that we wouldn't even be given warning that this happened.
