I have downloaded macos tahoe and Zoom opens to basic when I have a subscription for pro

Hi @Terry59 – If Zoom shows Basic even though you have Pro, you’re most likely signed into the wrong account. Log out, then sign back in using the same email that your Pro license is assigned to (you can confirm this under zoom.us/accountProfile). If you’re the admin, double-check Admin Console → User Management → Users and make sure your email is marked as Licensed (Pro) — once corrected, just restart Zoom and your Pro features should appear. Thanks!
