I recently subscribed to zoom pro. How do i switch from BASIC ACCOUNT TO A ZOOM pro account? I've paid and I have been charged already but my account still shows 40 minute basic plan.

Hi @matrish7 thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!
If you are receiving the 40-minute notification, you may not be signed in to the appropriate paid account. Please open up the Zoom client, sign out, and then sign in with the email that is associated with your paid account.
If you are signed in with the correct address and are still receiving the 40-minute notification, please assign the license to your user account.
