Hi everyone!
I mispaid the annual fee instead of the monthly Zoom Pro account. I already switched the plan payment to monthly but the balance has not yet been refunded to my credit card.
I want to ask how long it takes for Zoom to refund the credit balance adjustment fee to my credit card. Thanks!

When you cancel a subscription, it is effective at the end of the service period. Since this was done in error, please contact Zoom Billing here for assistance.
