HELLO, good evening, very respectful greetings.  I am writing by this means to request a refund of one of the membership and sales taxes charged twice and for which I have proof of reliable account or evidence of what I request belongs to me.    On two credit card statements from different banks I was charged the same amounts $149.90 and $19.49.   I explain what happened.     On April 27, I paid through Banco Popular and communal development BY payment descriptionZOOM US 888-799-9666 http://WWW.ZOOM.US the aforementioned sum.   Already on the 01st I confidently called a virtual meeting, what was my surprise that I was only allowed meetings of 37 to 40 minutes according to you because I had not paid the membership, it is uncomfortable because I teach 50 minute classes for almost three hours when they are virtual.           .
