Refund Zoom

Good evening everyone.

I would like to request a full refund for the recent (today actually) charge  for my Zoom Pro subscription. An unexpected charge was debited from my account, and since I am not currently using the service, I don't need to continue paying for it. I have already canceled the plan, and according to your policy, I am aware that I am still within the first 30 days during which a refund can be requested. Thank you in advance for your help in processing this refund.
