I'm trying to reactivate my pro account and getting this message when entering credit card details:

[ReCaptcha_Validation_Failed] The request is temporarily blocked due to security reason. Reference id: ECA894C70B2A412F

Can not figure out a way around it. Credit card is definitely functional and there's no reason for it not to go through.

Basically I'm desperately trying to give money to zoom, but they are making it impossible.

Hi @TC-NYC it looks the error "ReCaptcha_Validation_Failed" is related to failing the reCaptcha verification. You will need to successfully complete the reCaptcha correctly. Heres more info that maybe help you with resolving the error.
