Last March, I purchased a monthly subscription for Zoom Pro since I only need it for a month. I canceled the subscription in the same month but still got charged for the month of April. My current plan is showing REACTIVATE Plan, status CANCELLED. I would like to request a refund for the charge made to my account for the month of April. Tnx
