Hi There.
I sign up for premium zoom (think that's how it is called) and paid for a year subscription. This was a few months ago. Why did I get an email saying I need to make a payment soon, when I paid for the all year in one shot? Please advise.

Hi @Braulio, welcome to the Zoom community! Please contact our billing department by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032
They will be able to assist you in resolving the billing issue. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
