Pro Account Minutes

I am working with Zoom version 5.14.10 (19202). I signed up for a Pro Account about 30 minutes ago but when I try to schedule an hourlong meeting I get this notice: "Your Zoom One Basic plan has a 40-minute limit on meetings." The only reason I need a pro account is for longer meetings. Does it take some time to update the account?

Zoom is the most frustrating "solution" I have ever used. I tried this and it says there are 0 licenses available. But you definitely took my money for the Zoom One Pro account. So where is the upgrade?!
