Please give me a quick refund and cancel it. I didn't purchase a whiteboard

I didn't purchase a whiteboard, but it was withdrawn from my bank account saying it was paid early this morning.
Whiteboard functionality is not used.
I've never even applied.
I requested a cancellation on the website, but after a month, only a subscription cancellation notice appears, so there is no refund.
Please give me a quick refund and cancel it.

I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
