Payment is done but plan not upgraded

I recently made a payment to upgrade my Zoom plan, but my account has not been upgraded yet. The payment was made on 15/02/2023. I haven’t received any invoice details and no PDF is attached to the purchased mail, the text says "payment successful" and the amount is also deducted from the bank.

Facing the same problem in Jan 2024!  Created a new account and purchased a pro plan personal. Received e-mail on payment receipt. But my plan stats is still basic. I have made annual payment close to 170 USD!  please help find a resolution.
