Payment history deleted. Charged twice.

After changing payment method from PayPal to a card:

1. All my payment history vanished.

2. I was charged a monthly fee immediately, though the fee has been already taken just a day before.

No live chat support.

 

Update:

The money has been returned a few days later.

Same here. We have been charged some amount of money, and a few days later, full payment was initiated again. The first one is not present on the payment history. Just on our ebanking? There is no direct support for billing and payments ?!
