Hello, we see that we have been billed and approved for a new One Pro subscription on the credit card in the amount
of $1,839.60, for one year. We have not subscribed to One Pro and do not wish to subscribe. We are satisfied with
our account which we currently pay at $137.97 monthly. We are requesting a refund and cancellation of the One Pro
in the amount of $1839.60.THANKS.
