Not renewing subscription

We used zoom in 2021, paid for what we needed and cancelled when finished. We did not use zoom at all in 2022. We are continuing to get emails to pay 149 from 2022 when we did not use it. I'm confused. Can someone help? Thanks.

Hey @AshleyWaggoner, I would suggest Viewing your account and subscription details within the Zoom web portal as can view your account details to ensure you are assigned the appropriate licenses. 

 

You can follow the article to understand your account type, the date your subscription started, your subscription period and status, and others.
